Welcome to FireWATCH. By using the website or applications of the platform, or by completing payment and subscription, you expressly acknowledge and legally agree to all the Terms & Conditions, User Agreement, and Privacy Policy set forth below.

First: Definitions

• Platform: The FireWATCH digital platform, including the website, control panel, mobile applications, and all related digital services.
• FireWATCH: The entity that owns and operates the FireWATCH platform.
• Client: Any company, organization, or individual that creates an account, subscribes to, or uses the platform.
• User: Any person authorized by the Client to use the platform (administrator, technician, supervisor, or end client).
• Service: Includes management of maintenance contracts, schedules, inspections, reports, certificates, notifications, and integrations related to fire protection systems.
• Subscription: The paid annual plan that grants access to the platform according to the features of the selected package.

Second: Scope of Service

• FireWATCH provides a digital platform for managing, monitoring, and maintaining fire protection systems.
• FireWATCH does not provide on-site execution or physical maintenance services; its responsibility is limited to providing the digital system and management tools.
• The accuracy of results and reports depends on the data entered by the Client or Users.

Privacy Policy (Compliant with Saudi PDPL)

Personal Data Collection: FireWATCH collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Data collected includes identification data, user account data, and technical information.

Data Protection: FireWATCH applies appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. Data is stored in secure cloud environments in compliance with Saudi cybersecurity requirements.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, request correction of, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with PDPL. Requests must be submitted through our official communication channels.
